pqdvd psp movie creator

Hi im am stuck with psp movie creater and pqdvd isn't awnsering my e-mails

I want this program because it does subtitles all in 1 click from a dvd :)

but the thing is when i have a dvd inserted and i am ripping it stops each chapter and creates a second mp4 4 the second chapter etc etc

i want the whole movie in 1 mp4 file

how can i fix this
