So far so good plays ever think i thrown at it. i have not notice any slow down in games when saving or other wise .i will say this the hdd get warm but not a problem (uk = cold so free hand warmer when playing out side)
There is a slow down moving files from PC to PSP big file like 1.5gb size but being i only had a 1gb ms stick and don't no better. it still OK.

so far i am not disappointed it does what it says on the box

this is not HOT SWAP just like the ms sticks the ms port dos not support it

Now it time mod it maybe a cable so i can but the drive in my pocket that go's for the battery as well also make it so i can take out hdd and fit guides so i can change drives

playing The Con import US needs 2.0 but umd emu dos the job

good to know man, how about size?

Is it annoying to hold at all or does it make things more comfy?

to tell the truth it sits in the hands nice more grip specially using the analog stick.

Tested with Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition the load times are not to bad at all again setting up profile take a bit longer but saving can't see the difference

before you knock me these are my own dumps

Gotta agree, transfering files was a chore but once over all seems very good with load times etc. Comfort is good as I like something to hold onto, minor niggle is the flexible lead pokes a wee bit, nothing horrible but could have hidden it better IMHO. Also while the battery bit feels solid the HD bit doesn't feel AS robust.
All things considered though it's deffo the cheapest and best solution at this moment in time.
Shame my PSP doesn't now fit into my case
