I think you don't have to worry because this trainer doesn't work properly nor in single player mode neither in wifi one.

Every time you start the game with cheats enabled the game crashes after some seconds.

Bad Rom?

As for me, the Trainer works fine with the US Version.

It just freezes when you activate Unlimited Sub Weapon Ammo, if you do not already have one.

Energie with Missiles and Moonjump together works fine now for about 1 hour playing offline.

Tested with NDS 1.0 Flashme v7 and Supercard CF

Quick tutorial then.. it requires basic msdos command knowledge. You might be able to set all this up by right clicking on the file , and entering some commands there, but i never do it that way.

In windows xp/whatever
-start>programs>accessories>command prompt
-it'll probably open to some completely random folder on your computer. c:\documents and settings, etc, etc, etc. So you have to go back to the root directory of the drive all your stuff is on (in my case e:\ )
-next you want to go to the folder where all your trainers are. (in my case it's like 6 paths deep), but for this example, we'll just pretend that the trainers were in c:\trainers

So you'd go to that folder by typing cd\trainers

The prompt would now look like c:\trainers

Make sure that everything is extracted to that folder, the trainer, and the actual .nds file. (it doesn't work with games that are zipped, rar'd, etc)

Next you'll want to run bspatch.exe, so you'd type:

bspatch romfile.nds newromfile.nds patchfile.bdf

-bspatch being the program
-romfile.nds being the name of the .nds file for the game
-newromfile.nds being what the rom will be renamed to (in other words, the patched rom. this can be named anything. as long as .nds is at the end)
-patchfile.bdf being the actual trainer patch

After all is done, it'll take abit of time, then you'll know when it's finished. Afterwards, the game should run perfectly fine. Well, it SHOULD. Castlevania worked fine first try. But i still have yet to get princess peach working.

If there is ANY possible easier way then this, please feel free to post it here. If you're confused about any of the steps (I quickly typed this out, so i hope i didn't miss anything), then just ask.

When I select missles, objects dissapear. And when I shoot doors with missles, it freezes.
Also, I'm left handed so when I press B, I move backwards as well as up.

It doesn't work for Multi-Cart play as my friend and I both gave the game and I was using my Supercard and he was using his regular game cart and everytime we try to play it just says we are disconnected when we try to shoot or jump. We tried all of the options, on and off, and no combo seemed to get it to work. So for local wifi it doesn't work. I haven't tried it online yet so I don't know there.

i really want this trainer, ive tried with my version wrg-mph.nds but it wont boot the game after selecting the trainers.

i got told i need a diffrent version, so i downloaded this version:
0367 - Metroid Prime Hunters (U)

and the same happens when i select my trainers (inf nrg) and click start all i get is a white screen.

can anybody please help me to get this trainer working or get a version that does work.

0367 Metroid Prime works fine with only one freeze (disable inifinte sub ammo cheat until you get one). Finishing the game with the trainer is 100% possible.

It is possible that your rom is a bad dumb, or bad patched.

Tested the trainer on NDS v1.0 with flashme v7 and NDS Lite with Passport 3 from divineo, both with Supercard CF.


Posting a link for the patched rom is not allowed, so you need to patch it yourself.

I guess this works for some and not for others. I still can't get it to work. For the record:

-obtained the clean US rom of MPH
-patched the rom
-wrote to my M3 SD using the M3 game manager
-selected "no" on all of the trainer options
-select a new save file to begin the game
-as soon as the game begins, it freezes

This happens no matter what options I select when writing the game to my card, and no matter what options I select on the trainer screen. Very frustrating.

I can upload the patched ROM image file. That i patched works fine for me. You still have to patch it for supercard or something whatever u use.

Read the first post, and follow the steps as it says, if it still doesnt work, rename your rom (with no spaces) if that still doesnt work then try a diffrent version.

I know some versions do not work.

one day.... i played a MPH with 3 persons when a person who was samus somehow get a doubledamage in COMBAT HALL... do you understand????? a double damage in combat hall?? later before the others finish killing me a thosands time i saw the same samus in the alt form..... and began to jump!!!!!! Then i deducted (but i have been suspected) that he is a hacker... His name has chinese like caracters but i don´t remember

Note: i live in Venezuela and fact of i talk spanish

bspatch: Obiously is the program
romfile.nds: is the Mph rom Ok???... i haven´t downloaded de rom because i don´t have broadband....Maybe this weekend i´ll download the rom
newromfile.nds: is the new name of the file (The patched rom)
patchfile.bdf: is the patch file... because you want to patch the Mph rom... this file will be igc-mpht.bdf

For this patch obiusly you´ll need the MPH rom

??? u can translate the letters by going into your nickname on your DS and look at the english letters then look at the chinese ones. Thats how u can translate them.

I like to make a statement that people should think twice when posting hacks like this.

for future games that have good wifi multi-player usage, please think twice about posting cheats. talk to an adult before you post it, or if you are, send a pm to a respected member of the forum.

In for modding, just think of the reprocussions.

if you do have a better cheat, keep it to your self and have other players wondering on how you did it. make them guess and try to mod it themselves.
just today I played mph wifi, and there was a person who had this mod; he was a 1 star hunter. I was playing with three other ppl. during the game, where it shows how many kills you have, I was supprised. The guy who cheated came in seccond, a three star came in first. Mind you he had invincibility on and unlimited amo

My point:

If your going to cheat, do it well and I mean subtly. and for goodness sakes come in first place. Nobody likes a bad cheater:)

i totally agree, i have the origional game and no ar at the mo, but online it seems to be not a match of skill but a match of who has the best AR codes.... im pissed off, but i say lets fight fire with fire....
