about a month ago I placed an order for a Cyclowiz modchip from Divineo... I used a link from right here on Maxconsole. Well, I recieved my Wii from Ebay 2 days before I got the Cyclowiz (took them 2 weeks to send the cyclowiz to me.) I was as happy as a school-girl... until I found out that the chip was a V1 and would not work on my D2B revision Wii. :( Well, I contacted teamcyclops directly because they offered to replace any chips of the wrong version right on their website. They responded very quickly and told me to contact my reseller (Divineo) for a replacement. So i did. I emailed divineo, explained the situation, and waited.... and waited, and waited. Nothing back from Divineo at all. I then contacted TeamCyclops again to ask for further assistance. They seemed suspiciously cool about the whole thing. They asked me to forward them my electronic reciept from Divineo which I did. Then they told me that they had shipped my replacement and that it would take appoximately a week for me to recieve it. I was very happy with their level of support... until a week went by and I didn't recieve it. I contacted them again, and they assured me that it was worldwide shipping and that it would take about a week. I waited again. Another week went by. Still nothing. I proceeded to try and contact them again to check and see if there was maybe a shipping error or something of that nature, only to get ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY AT ALL. I've emailed them about 10 times in the passed week to try and figure out the problem, with no replies whatsoever. They have completely stopped communicating with me on the matter. I'm now halfway through the THIRD WEEK of waiting on my replacement chip from TeamCyclops, I've checked my mailbox everyday and have recieved zilch. If I didn't know any better, I would say that they COMPLETELY LIED TO MY FACE. Now i have a $40 cyclowiz keychain brand new still in the ESD package. I just wanted to share my entire experience for anybody that is thinking about ordering a cyclowiz modchip for their Wii, especially from Divineo. I don't recommend it. I'm also assuming that a moderator will delete this as to not scar the image of one of their partners. I am not out to offend anybody or talk trash. I am just a guy that got screwed and I don't want the same thing to happen to anybody else. Paying customers do NOT deserve to be treated this way.

I have had good and bad experiences with Divineo. They are kind of hit and miss. If they get the order right and its not DOA its good but sometimes you get a DOA or a missing part and they take forever. Ordered a DMS4 EZI from them once and it was missing a part and it took 2 weeks to get to me when I ordered it with next day shipping for the original shipping.

I finally got in touch with divineo, they told me to send them the old chip back and include $15 for return shipping. So far I've spent $40 for the chip, $9 for shipping, $26 for shipping to return the chip, and another $15 for their return shipping. That's $90 total for a stinking Cyclowiz chip. Now my guess is, that I will never see that replacement chip, an email acknowledgment, or a penny of my $90 ever again. Yay divineo for the Win! :(

I am still waiting on a replacement direct from Team Cyclops that I was told was sent via registered Airmail on 23rd February. I am not sure where TC are based so don't really know if it should have arrived yet, I would have thought so though...

Same here. I contacted team Cyclops and they assured me they would send me a new chip. I have yet to see anything and I don't know if I ever will. On the other hand I purchased a Wiikey because I got tired of waiting and I love it. Everything works and I have no slow down as described with the cyclowiz. Oh, and the config disk worked as promised. If I ever get my cyclo I will give it away to a friend.

I have nothing ANTI-Cyclowiz to say. I wouldn't have ordered it, and spent extra time and money to get a replacement of I was ANTI-Cyclowiz. I just want my crap that I payed for, that is all.

By the way, I was wondering if teamcyclops had just blocked my email address, so I emailed them from a new email address and they replied to me instantly. As soon as they realized who I was, they stopped replying to me again. Pretty fishy stuff. Oh, and they were emailing me from (HKT) Hong Kong Time Zone... china baby.

Just wondering if you ordered from divineo.com or divineo.cn? I've ordered countless of times from divineo.cn and have never had a problem(they have great customer service from my experiences), my orders also arrive alot earlier than expected.

F- That. I just ordered the parts to build a ChiiP, and if I ever get that cyclowiz in the mail, I'm going to grind it into a fine paste and mail it back to them with a pretty bow on it.

I ordered from divineo.cn . Right after they sent me a confirmation email letting me know they shipped the chip they sent another email telling me how they are sorry and that I have to fix the chip or send it back to them and they could refund 5.00 back to me. What in the hell were they thinking? Why would they knowingly send out defective chips?

update: Team Cyclops actually sent me another chip and I got it in the mail the other day. So......... I guess I can't complain in the end.
