Here it is, but I don't speak Japanese so I haven't tested it... Seems official to me.
Edit: Already posted
It now has a HOMEBREW2XX![]()
(launches from emulated 2.71 xmb)

The file seems authentic. I cannot try it anyways, since i bricked my psp.
It seems by the readme that it runs homebrew from the 2.XX "emulated" firmware.
BTW, the readme says elf's (which are the one that all homebrew uses) cannot be loaded. They have to be recompiled as prx's. Also not kernel support yet (it's normal, a lot of things changed in 2.XX...)

as i can see,i think it enables homebrew on emulated firmwares!
EDIT: Dark_alex:we wrote it in the same second!
It seems real but strange...
It's still version 0.44
so can i download this and run homebrew in 2.71![]()
Dark_Alex: Are you currently without a PSP? If so I'd be glad to donate some fundage through Paypal. It's the least the community can do for it's top coders.

Donate to Dark_Alex everyone and show your appreciation for his work.
He bricked his psp while trying the great things like custom fw that he brought to us. He bricked trying to help us, not for himself.
You can donate to him at his site www.dax.psp-tuts.net
At the moment he cant work obviously so hopefully soon![]()
