GTA game not working fix for EVOX
I too had problems with loading GTA andreas when I brought it on the first day. It wouldn't load from disc or HD. The solution was changing the settings under the video category from default to auto. Wala, it worked from both Cd and HD. Note that this is under the evox dashboard. Happy gaming

NO one has broken any rules in this thread, but just in case you need to know the rules b4 posting.
1) Please remember that piracy talk, etc is not permitted here. This would include the following:
'I can send you an xbe'/'Someone please send me the xbe from <insert title>'
'This trainer does not work with the <insert group name> release'
'I downloaded this game earlier...' (the exception would be if its a homebrew)
In another thread some members, who posted here, had made comments that were not allowed. I just want to prevent it from happening here to.

well nevermind then it worked for me.
It would seem that there are a multitude of possibilities. So there is no one answer. This is a really strange bug. Make sure your system clock is set to the correct time and date. Most likely tsr will have to be off to get it to run, but it may not. YOu will have to mess around with the region setting. Try auto.
Unfortuanatly with the tsr disabled there will be no use of the trainer. Fortunantly OUr team will be releasing our engine soon. It will circumvent the whole issue. It was the only way i could get it to run. And it loads the trainer. So soon we will get the engines out to the public. For know just cold boot the game. Meaning have game in tray when xbox is off and then turn it on. Assuming your evox settings are set so it will load a game from cold boot, it should load right up. If not then i dont know what else to offer. We will keep working on it until we can come up with something. So far though it seems that our engine is the one sure fire way to get it working with the trainer.
I think i've got a fix, can someone point me in the direction of a ppf maker app.

Unfortunately, I've got that PPF file myself, but I deleted the .ISO after I uploaded it to my box.
Ok made a ppf patch, tell me if it works for fixing your problems with GTA.
Apply this ppf file to default.xbe, This is intended for retail versions of GTA san andreas NTSC version.

im curious... the kid who sent me the default.xbe that worked for me never told me how he got it to work.. i think him letting us know would be great, as i think this is the end all solution to the problem.
LOL. Anyway It's like this. There's more than one release of GTA: San andreas. A Multiple, and a U.S. Retail release. The trainer was made with the retail U.S (NTSC) release, and not the multiple one. It won't even boot from the HDD with TSR set to anything other than disable.
