USB ISO Loader v0.3

This program is based on SDK sample programs provided by Dark_AleX. It uses OE no-umd mode not np9660. It will use OE no-umd mode regardless of what no-umd mode is set in recovery. If your backup games do not load use "UMD required" mode from recovery menu and put a UMD in the drive. I've tested it on 3.52 M33-4 and 3.71 M33-2 (without 1.5 kernel add-on)

Installation:

Just unzip the usbisoloader folder into your /PSP/GAME3xx folder and add your usbhostfs.prx in it as well.

[Debug Mode]
If you are having issues loading games via USB please try debug mode by doing the following:

- Copy the game you are having a problem loading via USB to your memory stick
- Disconnect the usb cable.
- Run USB ISO Loader and hold the L-trigger to enable debug mode which will load games off your memory stick. You should see [Debug Mode] in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Run your game.
- If the game loads then there is a problem with your usb connection. If the game does not load then USB ISO Loader will not be able to load your game.

Known issues:

If your games load in debug mode and dont work via usb, can you please try the following:

- make the filename shorter and take out spaces ( eg gta liberty city stories.iso -> gta.liberty.city.stories.iso )
- set umd iso mode to normal
- take out UMD from drive
- run usbisoloader
- choose game
- insert UMD when prompted

For people having load/save game problems please try using TyRaNiD's usbhostfs files attached. It is the one I used while testing usbisoloader

Copied the whole usbisoloader folder in game folder on MS 2GB
Disabled the usb charge option and run the loader .
after loadin i got a message "connect a USB cable" so i did ....
but nothing happens .....
i´m runnin a tool named usbtray on my notebook with specified iso folder and build in USBhostfs

so thats the point where i´m atm

so any solution ?

IT WORKED!! i was a little skeptical but it works on m33 3.71 with 1.50. its actually pretty nice

Can you try just running usbhostfs_pc.exe on its own with an ISO folder in it? something like:

c:\games\usbhostfs_pc.exe
c:\games\ISO

then put your backup iso's in c:\games\ISO

it works on slim 3.71 m33-2

just copy usbhostfs_game.prx from Cpasjuste's cfe 1.6 rename to usbhostfs.prx

Can confirm that it works for me now
